I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Mina Bazaar area where I could easily find Jain food. The hotel facilities were really good, and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my trip more fun.

Great central location at a good price. We had requested a king size bed but were given two mattresses pushed together which was uncomfortable. the staff were helpful in finding a solution and moved us to another room.

The hotel had a good location, close to the computer market. The staff was kind and friendly.
The hotel did not meet my expectations. The rooms were not as advertised and were in need of maintenance.

The hotel is located in a bustling area close to bus stations, affordable eating places, and a mall with a good Carefour supermarket. Rooms are neat, and the staff behavior is helpful. However, taps in the washroom need fixing, and the food needs more variety.
The reception staff lacks hospitality, making it difficult to check-in.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf met het gezin in een geweldig hotel. De locatie was perfect, dicht bij Burj Khalifa en Dubai Mall. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er was een breed scala aan gerechten om uit te kiezen. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze maakten ons verblijf echt speciaal. Gelukkig waren de kamers ruim en comfortabel, en het uitzicht op de Skyline van Dubai was adembenemend.
Soms was het lastig een taxi te vinden voor ons gezin van 5 personen.
